Return & Replacement Policies
Contact us for free replacements and refunds under the conditions: Items that are broken or damaged. If you are not truly satisfied with your project for any reason, please contact us to initiate the return process. We accept any returns up to 90 days from when the order(s) was delivered. ImagineArtlantis™ is free of liability from any misrouted parcels. Please double check all of the information provided in the order, before finalizing the order, to prevent any items accidentally sent to the wrong address.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address. Open boxes will be eligible for partial refunds up to 90% of the total retail value.
To return your product, contact us via our contact form or email@example.com and we will provide you a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs required to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to return the item will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
As soon as your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift certificate, within 3-5 business days.
Orders are processed within 48 hours, so please contact us before then for any cancellations.

How do I track my order?
You can stay updated with your order via your order confirmation email. Inside will be a tracking number that you can stay updated with. Contact us at

When will I receive my package?
Due to an influx of high demand, your order may take 3-15 business days to be delivered. Recent world events have caused postal delays so we apologize for the inconvenience. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email. Please contact us with any questions that you may have, and we will be more than happy to help.
